Excellent apartment located in Palermo Hollywood, in a tower with all the comforts such as a swimming pool, a laundry, a gym and a outdoors grill. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room and a kitchen with all the necessary elements for its use.
For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in.
You will be given your keys via a LOCKER located at the following address:

this specific apartment is not recommendable

Had to pay $ 40 extra to have someone give me the key upon arrival, otherwise I would have had to drive to a parking garage somewhere to pick up the key from a locker. Feet were grey daily from the not very clean floor. Main bathroom has a most serious mold problem that required the door to always be closed so not to affect the air in the other part of the apartment. This issue cannot be easily fixed as the mold is inside the walls. Luckily there was a tiny 2nd bathroom that could be then used as toilette as well as for basics like brushing teeth. Property manager was very responsive though. But the mold issue is a serious one. That was confirmed to me by a visiting architect.
