Close to perfection

The pros: wonderful location, great neighborhood, super helpful Security provided you have Google Translate, small, comfortable apartment, great bed, great shower. Very nice pool and gym facilities Super responsive property management. The Cons: The sofa is comfortable for no more than a half hour and should be replaced, the kitchen utensils should be replaced with considerably higher quality and knives that are sharp, it’s time for a repaint and refresh of some of the furniture.

Great Location in PALERMO

Online pics of unit are accurate, unit is in a great location in a very good building. Check in was a little rough due to security at front desk not being able to find our booking online, once that was cleared up entry was smooth. Unit is a very nice one bedroom unit, as pictured online. Linens are excellent and the closet in bedroom was huge and has room for luggage as well. Airconditioning was excellent and quiet. Unit has a small but nice balconey with trees providing shade onto balcony. TVs were good with Netflix and other media provided. Kitchen is OK, if you are staying for short term and dont eat in often then you will be fine. We enjoy cooking some of our evening meals and found the number of pots lacking. There is a small 2 place hot plate, just one frying pan, one small pot for heating milk and one large pot. There is an excellent espresso maker using k pods for coffee, really enjoyed this coffee maker. Fridge was excellent, also the unit has an electric toaster oven which was good for small items. Pool area was nice and has lots of lounge chairs. Not crowded. Location of building is very good on a basically quiet street close to a small Dia grocery and numerous cafes and restaurants within short walking distance. One small snag with in room safe, but resolved by excellent customer service people. In building laundry was clean, well lit, easy to use.
