PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Over Promised (and overcharged) - Under Delivered

We were so disappointed with our experience staying at this rental. We had already communicated our discovery of the uncleanliness of the unit (blood on the toilet and carpet), a rusted-out towel rack, and dirt everywhere in the guest bath; even after we immediately complained, the towel rack was changed, but the toilet was never cleaned, the blood-stained carpet was simply moved elsewhere. We then took a closer look at the unit and realized it did not match the photos used in its promotion. The second bathroom was a total mess, especially with the blood on the toilet. But there is dirt all over the walls and shower curtain and rod. The balcony had old tape residue on the glass, was being renovated/retrofitted and was unfinished. I can go on and on. We took more pictures to prove our position that this unit was promoted as being in a condition that is not currently in. Frankly, in our opinion, the unit is really run down and needs some attention in a lot of areas. For the price charged, this unit should have been in the same condition as the advertisement, which it is not. We sent these concerns a second time to the property management via VRBO email, and they were not answered. I wish I could post the photos. We do not recommend this unit of the property management company.

Amazing view, spaciousness and location

The property has an incredible view of the Pacific. You can see the sunrise in the morning. Really close to trails and beaches. A perfect location. The unit has everything you could need. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms are awesome. The management company is excellent. They were very accommodating and offered to help in any situation. The only drawback of our stay occurred on our final night when the guests in the upstairs unit arrived late that evening. Until then, the apartment above was vacant. When the people above walked, the sound was loud until they went to sleep and when they got up in the morning.

Epic Oceanfront Condo in Poipu

When we sat on the lanai for lunch, we were greeted by turtles swimming in the crashing waves. We fell asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. The views and walks along the cliffs are unparalleled. The condo was well appointed and impeccably clean. It had all we needed for beach time fun! We will definitely return. Mahalo!

Ocean front escape

I’m so glad we found this condo to stay in. It was lovely and the new kitchen and bathroom shower were a delight. This was a last minute booking after leaving Maui. Thank you to the owners for having such an amazing place with the most incredible view.
