We found our home away from home during this stay. The location was perfect: dead end street with a fantastic view of the lake. The hosts were amazing, friendly folks. We identified an issue with the master bathroom upon our arrival and they had it fixed within 24 hours. I highly recommend staying here. I know exactly where I'm staying next time I'm in the area.

This property was perfect for our family reunion. The living areas were so roomy. You can see the lake from the upper level. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Nice linenes and towels. The place was very clean. Our hosts were so accomodating. The best VRBO stay so far.

This property was exactly as advertised. The best stocked kitchen of all we have ever stayed at - it had everything you could imagine.The owner lives nearby and was great about checking that we had everything we needed. Very comfortable house, totally relaxing.We'll be back!

Beautiful home overlooking Bull Shoals Lake!

We rented this home in Lakeview, AR for a family trip and it couldn’t have been better. Our crew came in from Florida, Arizona, Maine, and Illinois to spend time together and enjoy beautiful Bull Shoals Lake. The house had everything we needed — it was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone.We spent most of our time at the lake swimming and just enjoying the peaceful setting. It was the perfect spot to unplug and reconnect as a family. The area is quiet and the views are gorgeous — exactly what we were hoping for. Would definitely rent again!

Nice home with plenty of room for all

This was our 2nd time staying here. It has a nice view of the lake and plenty of room for all with the large family room upstairs and a large game room downstairs. The owners were great and communicated with us to see if we needed anything. Just wish there was a king bed in the master bedroom. Other than that, all was great!

A cozy house with great vibes

This house made me and my whole family fell very comfortable. We also enjoyed the variety of board games and the pool table. The house was also very well stocked. Loved this home

We absolutely loved staying in this home. The owners, William and Mary Lou, live across the street. They came over and met us in the driveway when we arrived and helped us carry in our l luggage. A few days later William brought us a fresh out of the oven loaf of pumpkin bread. It was absolutely delicious. This was a perfect stay for our get away and we would absolutely rent this home again in the future. Home was clean and beds are very comfortable.

Lovely, large home by the lake

We had a wonderful stay at the home in Lakeview. The home is very large and easily accommodated our two families. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful thr night we checked in and even let us borrow an air mattress for our son, who decided he didn’t want to sleep on the couch, ha! The pool table was a big hit with the teens. We will definitely be back.

This has been our best stay yet, by far! There is plenty to keep anyone busy at the house if you want to spend a day to just relax. The place was clean and spacious. The owners are so great! They are very friendly and open to communication. They have some wonderful ideas that may come through in the future! We definitely plan to return!!

Booked this home for a family gathering. We were blown away by all of the accommodations!!! We enjoyed the pool table, board games and outside games too. Beautiful view of the lake. Amazing Getaway

William and Mary were very helpful. The home is beyond beautiful and something for everyone to do. Pool table and game room for adults and kids, huge loving space allowed us to spread out. The grill was very much appreciated as we grilled almost every night. Cornhole game out back and fire pit was a hit also! Great ppl great memories!

This place was so close to the Marina in Lakeview that it made in very convenient. The only thing that would of been better was more tv's. With 8 of us in the house and 3 kids it was hard to watch. Another tv in the game room would be nice.

Kind Hosts... Clean Place

Clean place. Needs a king bed in the master bedroom. If you stay with kids there is a very small TV 24 inch in one bedroom that most kids will not like to play Video games on. ONE bedroom has no TV. Master bedroom has Samsung 43 inch TV without a remote... so bring your roku stick for TV. We stayed with our kids that expected better TVs in the bedroom.... needs this updated for familys. Living room had a 70 inch TV which was great. Internet service is great. Place is clean and well stocked. Owners kind and helpful If you bring a boat there is not room to get boat easily in and out of the place... would be better to rent a boat slip at lakeview marina or bull shoals boat dock. The covered front deck makes the place.... great swing to sit out on and look at the lake view.

If you love the lake, but don't like crowds...

We have been going to Bull Shoals for over 20 years. We live 6 hours from the town of Bull Shoals, but choose this lake because we love the size and variety of things to do, yet we are never fighting people for clean water. For years, we have stayed at local resorts, hotels, etc, but we finally opted for a VRBO. Since we end up driving to the water each day anyway, driving 10 minutes instead of 3-5 minutes is not much difference. This house was perfectly furnished for us. We used every bed and we all slept great! We actually USED the huge tub and it was a highlight for many. Our kids played a lot of pool and we watched some TV. I used the gas grill, cooked breakfast every morning in the kitchen, used the dishwasher and even did a load of laundry. The house is nicely "labeled" so you can find light switches, silverware, etc throughout. We did get to meet the owners as we were packing up and they asked for honest feedback and are very vested in the success of our experience. I would rate this a 10/10 and well worth the money!

Great place close to lake. All of the locals we met were great!!

The only thing I would caution is fisherman with boats the drives are difficult to navigate and steep the neighborhood roads are narrow. Having said that the house and views of the lake were awesome! The owners were the nicest we’ve met so far my friends and I go fishing 2-4 times a year and usually take 2-4 boats in tow. Thankful that there were enough boat slips to rent because the parking was enough but the roads are skinny and the drives were very difficult to navigate. Is a great home though.
