Step through the front door and into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area — bright, welcoming, and perfectly equipped for easy holiday living. Cook up a family meal in the well-appointed kitchen, or perch at the breakfast bar before heading out for a day on the slopes or trails. The lounge invites relaxation, with plush couches and views of the lake and surrounding mountains — the perfect place to unwind with a glass of Central Otago pinot. In warmer months, step out onto the balcony for a cheeseboard or alfresco dining as the sun sets.
Down one level, the master bedroom features a private balcony, lake and mountain views, and a generous ensuite with a bath — ideal for morning coffees or evening soaks. A second bedroom and main bathroom are also on this level. Down the second flight of stairs, is the carpeted garage with washer, dryer and additional fridge, the third bedroom is also on this level. This room has its own ensuite, large flatscreen and external access from the garage.

Great views, plenty of room for grown family and convenient base for exploring the region and also to get groceries from Frankton shopping areas. You’ll want a car but town is an easy walk along trail.

Excellent apartment with everything we needed. Thank you.
Just a small note … the fridge had a strong fish smell when we arrived. We tried a few things to stop it, but it was still there this morning when we left. Certainly didn’t detract from a wonderful few days.

Our overall stay was wonderful. Loved the location of the unit and it was lake-facing. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with utensils as we normally prefer to cook. The rooms and bathroom were clean.
There is a bus stop right outside of the apartment which is an added benefit if you don't plan to rent a car.
The house is in Frankton and the drive to the Queenstown downtown is approx. 20 mins. Bus from the apartment also goes to the downtown area.
Gas stations and grocery shops were also close by and easier if you plan to drive.
The only thing was the 3 floors. I had 4 citizens with me and hence going up and down the stairs to the bedrooms was a lil hard for them. So, if you have someone who has issues climbing stairs, think one more time.
The check-in process, instructions, etc were super clear and they were very prompt at responding as well
