Independent house
Clean, Beautiful and Modern 4 Bedroom semi-detached House. Bright sunny rooms with Hardwood floors and new full-size kitchen. Our place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. 30 minutes drive from Toronto Pearson Airport.
The space
This is a newly renovated house (basement not included) with 4 bedroom,
2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room. The house has private access with separate entrance. Security camera are installed at the main entrance, side walk and backyard of the house for the safety of tenants and house.
Living room and 1 bedroom have T.V with Netflix.
Basic Cable in Living room with TV and Couches (Cable T.V and Netflix).
Spacious backyard with Patio.
Basement is occupied and they have a seperate entrance.
