Inside, there are four generous bedrooms: two queens, one with two bunks (four singles), and another with two singles comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. You'll find two full bathrooms, a modern kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a gas BBQ, and an open-plan living area that flows into a large courtyard for entertaining. Staying warm and comfortable is simple with reverse-cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans. For downtime, there's free WiFi, a big TV, a DVD player, and laundry facilities with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking includes a double lock-up garage and space for a boat trailer. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
