Beach House 22 - Beach front completely renovated

It doesn't get much better than a stay at South Seas Beach House 22. Our newly updated and expanded (over 2500 sq ft inside and over 1000 sq ft of deck space) beach home is a private home that has been completely renovated. As soon as you enter, you'll experience the upscale coastal contemporary features our home has to offer. The open kitchen design leads into the living area and sitting room with a queen sized sleeper sofa, along with sliders and the beautiful views of the Gulf just steps beyond. Prepare meals for your friends and family as our kitchen has everything you'll need. Our home even has a stack washer and dryer for added convenience. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the spacious king suite on the beach side and another bedroom with full over queen bunk beds (built in) and full bathroom nearby. Upstairs are two additional king en-suites with bath and an open loft that was recently added. You'll spend most of your time on the beach or on our screened lanai with comfortable seating and just steps to the sand. Speaking of the beach, our expansive and beautiful beach is just steps from the home. You're also just a short distance to our community heated pool, tennis court (free) and bbq. While you won't get full resort amenity access, you can easily access so many shops and restaurants located in the Captiva Village area, a short distance away. Beach House 22

My family has vacationed in Captiva for over 15 years. Beach House 22 has been our favorite so far. Only a few steps from the water and sunsets from the patio. We usually spend a lot of time at our favorite restaurants but found ourselves not wanting to leave the house. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Another amazing stay in Captiva and Beach House 22 was perfect.

Captiva is our favorite

Beautiful property and perfect location for a quiet beach vacay. All would have been 5 stars with the exception of the a/c. An hour before we arrived we were informed via text that the a/c would be governed not to go below 72 . That is fine if we had known in advance we would have brought portable fans as we like to sleep cool .

Paradise… just as described

The house was beautiful and situated right on the gulf. The neighbors were friendly and the property was very easy to navigate. A bike is a necessity to get around the island and we had so much fun exploring. The house is tastefully decorated and very aesthetically pleasing, bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and generously sized, common area was perfect for hanging out and decompressing in the evening. Beautiful home and beautiful location. Would definitely stay there again!

This place is a dream!

We just wrapped up an amazing week at Beach Home 22. Being steps to the beach & pool was perfect for our family with young kids. Watching dolphins & manatees from the beach as well as sunset over the water was truly magical. The property had everything we needed including plenty of beach toys, towels, chairs, and an umbrella. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. The property manager was very responsive & great to work with. I can’t say enough great things. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break

My husband and I stayed here for a week with my two children ages 8 and 13. The house was perfect for us. Great location steps from the ocean and pool. My only feedback would be like another review that said they outfitting of the kitchen needs attention. There are not full sets of plates, pots and pans were lacking and the toasters were non functioning. Once these updates are addressed, I would definitely give this property 5 stars.

Beach house review

Great view, great beach with very easy access, bare bone house. Beach chairs were rusty, torn and frayed and owner would not replace. You go to the beach to sit on the beach and these chairs were ugly. He did replace the umbrella after we requested. Kitchen not best equipped nor that clean.

Really sorry to see your review. When we spoke with you, we apologized and brought up a couple new beach chairs. There wasn’t any thing else brought up that may have been a detriment to your stay. Our team is available 24/7 for any issues and strives for a 5 star stay every week. The home is beautiful and updated. Kitchen items can get depleted somewhat over time, but we’ll certainly look at that to make sure things are as perfect as possible.
