- The homeowner has 4 small dogs that may be outside in a fenced area for bathroom breaks and may bark briefly if they see you

- It is common to see wildlife in the woods such as squirrels, raccoons, chipmunks, rabbits, possums, and deer
- The swim spa is located inside a detached 3-car garage. The garage is located between the house & the owner's apartment. There is a full wall of glass, including sliding glass doors and windows, where the swim spa is located, allowing for sunset views of the woods. The owner could be on the property, staying in her apartment, during your stay. The sidewalk to her apartment is near the swim spa
