About this property

This home from home offers views from bedrooms and living spaces into the large garden surrounded by native trees. Set on 1.5 acres with only one other property, providing a private space with fruit trees and north facing views from the covered veranda. King parrots and black cockatoos are amongst the many birds that come to visit. The home offers quick and easy access to the local beaches of Somers and Balnarring.
There are local cafes, wineries and restaurants just a short drive from the home and plenty of local wineries to be explored.
A beautiful drive to The Peninsula Hot Springs.
Bush walks, nature reserves and bike tracks all on the doorstep.
Currently provides sleeping for 6 but beds can be added to the 4th bedroom if required.
So much space for the children and pets to explore or for the adults to simply enjoy view.
