The large kitchen is fully equipped with a family size fridge/ freezer, complete cooking facilities with gas cook top and electric oven, dishwasher and Delonghi Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine and milk frother.
Four large bedrooms with the main bedroom having a ceiling fan and a stunning ensuite with rain shower head, toilet, and double vanity. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet and the convenience of having an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine is great. Parking for two vehicles off street on the driveway and even enough room for a boat to be parked makes this property just ideal.
The back enclosed yard is perfect for children to play and the perfect undercover alfresco dining experience comes complete with a gas BBQ. Out the front is a fabulous salt water private pool with lounge facilities and a hammock to lounge on - what a relaxing experience.
Located close to beautiful Anna Bay beaches and approximately 10 minutes to Salamander Shopping Centre and Nelson Bay.
