Stuart family get-together

It was a great location and property for our family of 15 to gather and enjoy spending time together. We did some Branson outings like Sight and Sound Theater, Branson Landing, Mini-golf, Andy's ice cream, craft place etc... A lot of time we just hung around at the house and enjoyed being together. Games, food, playing, talking etc...

Great house for a group of 15

Other than a few mystery light switches (and/or burned out light bulbs), the house is great. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for all of the sightseeing we had planned during four days/nights in Branson.

What a great stay

Great location, wonderful house and it’s awesome views and wildlife, needs to have more utensils for guest, cups and cooking things, garage was very hot where game room is located could add a mini split a/c to it, upstairs master suite mattress is very uncomfortable, but this is just me nit picking, honestly a great place to stay. I am giving it 5 stars still.

Wow!!

What a fabulous property!! We were celebrating my Mom's 80th bday and needed a BIG house. This was perfect!! Plenty of room for the 18 of us. Very clean. Manager was awesome! Highly recommend. clean. Manager responded quickly .

Yes. The house was very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room and the game room was a big hit. The adults had a great time visiting and catching up and we enjoyed a pool 8 ball and 9 ball challenge. It was a great time.

Whole house air cleaner malfunction

We all got headaches from a chemical smell coming from the hvac system. Contacted evolve and they had someone come out to fix the situation, but we had to leave the house for half the day to let the house air out. Very inconvenient and ruined our dinner plans since we had bought a bunch of groceries to eat at the house that evening. Very disappointed that no one followed up or even acted like they cared about the situation. We won’t be using evolve anytime soon.

This is a wonderful house for a large group. With 6 large bedrooms, including the bunk room, we had plenty of beds for all. The location is perfect as it is so central.My only complaint is the exorbitant fees charged by VRBO, host fees, cleaning fees, etc.

The very best host ever!!!

This is the best house to stay at for anything when you’re in the area. The host treats you like family. Not to mention how the home is decorated. My daughter is obsessed with the kitchen. It gives you that home feeling. I suggest you book this for any upcoming events or just a get away. If I had a question about anything she was there to fulfill all my needs. She has been a huge blessing to my family and I can’t thank the host enough. Sooooo nice and love vintage!!! She loves to check in to see if there’s anything wrong or what she can do to help. I have not one thing negative to say about this home besides book and don’t just look.

Beautiful home, convenient location. Game room, back porch, and finished basement allowed tons of room to do your own thing. Was kind of expensive, BUT ended up being worth every penny! Loved it!

Awesome/Spacious place

Our group of 12 adults were blown away when we opened the door to this place. Soooooooo much room, clean and very comfortable. It was a perfect location for the excursions we did, not on the main drag so getting around was very easy. No pool but plenty of other games to play in the game room. Main floor kitchen table was a very large round table so worked perfect for our group to play cards. Definitely 5 stars.

Great location, Great house!!!

This house exceeded our expectations and we absolutely would use it again! There were 15 of our family members from 4 families and the space was amazing, the kitchens were spacious, and from teenagers to adults, we all enjoyed the game room and pool table all hours of the day and night! We were SOOO close to everything that we had planned and that was such a happy discovery!! It was also nice having two living areas for different groups. The only thing that we think can be better are the kitchen items but we mostly ate out so it wasn’t a huge deal. There aren’t an abundance of cooking supplies like mixing bowls, and there isn’t any Tupperware which we could’ve used. Otherwise, it was pretty close to perfect for our families!!
