We appreciated the amenities the host included for personal and condo care! The condo was clean and neat and we felt at home throughout our visit! We enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi everyday!

The Best!

The view from our condo was spectacular and we watched dolphins feeding and cavorting with one another from our balcony. We enjoyed cooking and the open space of the condo. We look forward to vacationing once again at Riverside!

Best sunrise view in Marco

Excellent condo, fully stocked with everything we needed. The views from the balcony watching the sunrise over the bay was so beautiful. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect VRBO on Marco Island!

This property was everything we hoped for and more for a great getaway vacation we took on Marco Island! Beautiful views, very clean, bright and airy, modern updates, fully equipped, great location for walking to restaurants and bars in Old Marco and more. Very responsive owner and leasing agent. Will definitely stay at this place again our next trip to Marco!

Enjoyed our stay !

This was our first time to Marco Island. The unit was very clean and stocked well. We did like the location very much because we tend to not like the busy area with the high rise hotels and condos. We walked and rented bikes. The beaches were lovely. Everyone we met during our stay was friendly and welcoming. Marybeth Z

Best view in the complex!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfy. The view from the lanai was phenomenal. We saw multiple dolphins multiple times every day. We also saw brown pelicans and osprey catching fish. The complex is well-kept, easy to navigate, and the office staff are friendly and helpful. The Horizon Rentals staff was also kind and helpful. We're definitely coming back!

Quiet, beautiful, great kitchen

With the exception of a blender, this kitchen has everything. The property is quiet, the pools and hot tubs are lovely, and marina traffic outside the lanai is interesting. Grocery stores and eateries are convenient, and traffic is easy. I would love to return.

Fishing Paradise

I go to Riverside to relax and fish. The fishing is fantastic, caught snapper, snook, sea trout, grouper, lady fish, yellow tail jacks all from the private pier. Place has great pools, verrrry family friendly, great staff, the ladies in office are wonderful, Christie from security who walks the grounds and pier keeps everything feeling very safe. I have been renting for over five years at Riverside, twice a year, love it, love Marco island. There are also great restaurants near by, snook inn and Annie’s for ice cream.

Nice upgrade from standard short-terms

It's so nice to arrive at a property that is meant to be lived-in rather than survived in. Condo is well equipped on arrival. Kitchen is equipped for real cooking and dining--way beyond the single worn out sauté pan of many S.T. rentals. When I'm treated with such respect/courtesy as a guest, I return the favor, taking care of the facilities. Well done!
