The Space:
Amazing bright space awaits to welcome you into this elegant apartment in Dubai! There is a sofa bed (sleeps 1) in the living room complete with a cable TV for your relaxation. Feast with your friends in the dining table that sits four comfortably. You can also cook your meals or make coffee in the fully equipped kitchen if you're in the mood to do so.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a comfy mattress for a good night's sleep. Fresh linens are also provided for the guests. Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion.

Step out onto the balcony to get some fresh air or just enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

Guest Access:
Full access to pool, gym and parking is available upon request.

The Neighborhood:
The Greens is a beautiful and family-oriented community of Dubai. You will find a lot of greenery, kid's areas, excellent grocery shops, restaurants, and coffee shops in the area.

Al Thayyal is one of the neighborhoods in The Greens that is lined with stylish and sophisticated low-rise towers. This place is ideal for small families, business men, couples, and groups of friends who want to spend time in this kind of community.

The Greens is also close to the Emirates Golf Club. Families will find it easy to spend time together playing golf and enjoying the sun.

Getting Around:
Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi. Greens has amazing and quick access to all of Dubai via Sheikh Zayed Rd. as well as Al Khail St.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or bus, there is a bus stop 3 minutes away on foot. Bus F35 goes to the Dubai Internet City Metro Station, the Mall of Emirates, and the metro station with the same name that is also adjacent to it. Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB is by taxi (25min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person) then a taxi or bus ride at the Mall of Emirates.

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
