La Vista Blanc 44 Cozy Mountain Home with Fireplace, Close to Meadow and Creek by RedAwning

This spacious Studio Loft, 2 bathroom, condo is walking distance to Mammoth

Creek, Town and has partial mountain views of the Sherwins. Quietly located

near the meadow and creek, but still near the Vons shopping center where you

can catch a movie, coffee, and shops. This home features 2 levels with vaulted

ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, flatscreen TV with Roku and DVD

player, and the most space you can find in a studio. The upstairs loft

features a Queen bed, a set of bunk beds with two Twin beds, a vanity area and

full bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room downstairs is equipped with

a sleeper sofa and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The full kitchen and

dining area for 4 allows you to prepare family meals and enjoy a cozy night

in. The La Vista Blanc complex has an outdoor pool (Summer only), Jacuzzi and

public gas grill for your use and is conveniently located on the shuttle

route, and with hiking trails leading directly from the complex. Just 100

yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground

or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community

Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round

recreation opportunities. There is also EV car chargers available for free use

at the Rec Zone. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people, is non-smoking, and

comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. This is an upstairs unit with approx. 18

steps to access across 3 separate stair cases. The unit has 2 levels inside

and the bedroom is on the upper level. All guests receive complimentary full

access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated

pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and

more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required

than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.

Beautiful Mammoth Lakes

Very nice accommodations. Clean and had everything that we needed. Loved that there was coffee for us. Very accommodating to our dog. Nice walking paths all over the property. Beautiful little creek nearby. We used the hot tub both nights and it was perfect. Check in, check out was flawless.

Great location

This unit was great for our family of 4. The bedroom is upstairs and the living area is downstairs. Easy parking. We went for a weekend of snowboarding. The city shuttle is a short 5 minute walk away and the drive to Main lodge is 13 mins.

Cute, compact condo

This condo is very much as described. It's a small space, but was just fine for me and my medium-sized dog. The condo is comfortable and the kitchen had what I needed in order to cook simple meals. I love being so close to the meadow!

Very nice condo...all the amenities from home...But, the kitchen cookware (pots and pans) are lacking...very old and used...could use updating as well as the mattress in the foldout couch....other than that, very charming!

A nice condo in a convenient location. You can easily drive or take the shuttle to the mountain from here. The condo is well kept and clean. It was also easily accessible from the parking lot, which had plenty of spaces available. One person in our party found the main queen mattress, which was some kind of memory foam too hot for comfortable sleeping. This is obviously a personal preference.
