The master bedroom features a queen bed, robe, and an ensuite bathroom, while the other three bedrooms have a queen bed, and two king single beds respectively.

Enjoy free wireless NBN, Netflix and media streaming smart TVs, ducted air conditioning, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a washing machine and dryer, two bathrooms, a cot and high chair, a BBQ, and more. The township is named after the "Catherine Hill" a two masted wooden topsail schooner built at Wisemans Ferry in 1866.
