Kirra Belle 1 is a charming beachside unit in a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, the Gold Coast airport, and Kirra beach.

Kirra Belle 1 has been updated throughout with new furnishings, offering a bright and cheery setting for an affordable family holiday. Even your dog is welcome to join you and relax in the grassy front courtyard!

The ground floor unit features 2 bedrooms – master with double bed and the second room with 2 single beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans for year-round comfort.

The open plan loungeroom is air-conditioned and there is a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove and microwave.
The bathroom includes walk in shower, washing machine and separate toilet.

There is also a secure lock up garage for one car.

Kirra Belle 1 is a perfect for an affordable family holiday close to the beach with all conveniences within walking distance.

*Note - 1 small dog permitted although there is no fenced area available (no cats or other pets permitted). Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from our office, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Disappointing, bedlinen orovided was stale & disgusting, stained pillow & mattress protectors, very off putting!! A few cockroaches around. Parking bad, no undercover for your unit & not optimal space for a bigger car. Otherwise ok.

Good facilities in central location

The unit was roomy with good facilities such as washing machine, dining table and white goods. Although on a busy road two blocks from beach it wasn’t noisy. However the unit could do with refresh - new curtains, paint, kitchen Lino and cupboards. Including basic items like tea towels, hand towels and bathroom mat would make it more attractive.
