Was a good size, comfy home with everything you will need

Wasnt sure if it was going to be really small but turned out to be plenty of room, was a lovely place to stay close to the centre of orange and only a short drive to some wineries Very clean and comfortable! Would stay again

Great house

Great house that was exactly how it appeared, close enough to the centre of town to enjoy all orange has to offer, with short drives to all local wineries.

Orange stay

We had a pleasant stay in Orange and our accommodation was as described. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds with superior bedding and of course the air-conditioning helped immensly. Ideal stay for a large family

The property was great for the four of us - a great size bedroom for each and two bathrooms - excellent. Living areas large and functional. Some additional attention to detail necessary though. Curtains/drapes in dining room - the side two drapes did not fit the middle ones, and there were large water stains on the right hand drape, obvious because of ill fitting drapes which dragged on the floor. The curtains in the loungeroom had some 'red, maybe blood stain' on back of curtain - not a good look. Cobwebs on the outside of the bathroom window. Flywire on door leading out to back of property slack and needed tightening. These may be seen as minor but they do impact on the property. Our stay was great for the reasons given, just use this as a recommendation.

Great house for the extended family of six adults, Queensland, Hay and Melbourne. We liked how it is located centrally. We were very comfortable and definitely warm, facilities were great. It is too bad that we could not stay longer. Orange has lots to offer and it is a very vibrant city. Would stay here again and under happier circumstances. Loved it.
