Good Ocean and Garden View. This two bedroom with loft unit offers a master bedroom and lower level bedroom both have King Size Beds with two twin beds in the loft. Living room is newly furnished (2023) with a sofa sleeper and matching swivel sitting chair. The dining
room has new furniture (2023). Remodeled kitchen cabinets, newly updated bathrooms. Both Bathrooms provide tub enclosures. Lots of comfy furniture with flat screen cable TV’s in the living room as well as both bedrooms. It’s well equipped, nicely decorated condo. Full Kitchen comes complete with Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster and all the necessary cookware for meals at home. Accessible to you inside the unit are 4 ceiling fans, Linens, new Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, High Speed Internet, as well as two
new air conditioning units in both bedrooms. The lanai has seating for 4 with the closet stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, shade tent, beach towels and some children sand toys. There are BBQ grills, Gas Grills, outdoor showers by the two pools. There is a Tennis and
Pickleball Court as well as direct beach access just steps away, Kamaole III Beach with lifeguard.

Maui stay at Hale Kamaole

This rental is right across the street from the ocean, a quick walk to some restaurants and shops but yet not in the middle of town. We had a slow draining bathroom sink which I reported to the office, they took care of it very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

(It's maui some bugs are expected)probably the most frustrating about the unit are the beds. Headboards are not attached to bed frames or walls. so they move and tilt. Unit had a toilet paper roll holder broken. looked like it had been that way for a while.nice condo, just needs some little maintance.

Perfect Family Reunion

Reviewer Comments: I stayed at the Hale Kamaole condos with my husband and three children (ages 5, 3 and 1). We were in Maui for a family reunion with my parents, my 3 sisters and their families. The big lawn, pool and BBQ was a perfect place to meet up with my 3 aunties, many cousins and their children for dinners each night. The beach across the street was so easy to get to with our young children. This is now my third time staying here and I will for sure come back again. I highly recommend it for your next vacation.

This was a long awaited family vacation in which not just this unit, but also another was rented. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of Hale Kamaole suited our family perfectly. The pool and common areas are very well maintained. Email and in-person communication with the property management company was prompt and professional. Our unit was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning units in each bedroom worked well. The kitchen lacked a few items that would've been helpful: a pepper grinder for the jar of pepper corns and some BBQ utensils such as a metal flipper. We enjoyed playing the games that were available in the unit as well as the tv access to Disney+ and Netflix. We also enjoyed walking across the street to Kamaole III beach which was great for boogie boarding in the afternoon or watching a sunset in the evening. Just a note, this unit does not provide boogie boards or beach chairs (you can rent them from local shops such as Auntie Snorkel - great service!). Overall, we highly recommend this unit, especially if you have a group of 6 to 8 people.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place felt cheap and dated. The unit has window units for AC which were not clean and had mold in the vents.Unsure why there was an entertainment center in the second-floor bedroom when one could not use the TV due to a lack of electrical outlets and cords to reach them. Had continuous issues with light bulbs flickering on and off or lamps turning on.If this wasn't located in Paradise, I would be leaving straight ones across the board.No, I did not bother management with these issues.I felt at this price point, these issues should be addressed by a pro-active staff.

Great Family Vacation Condo in Kihei

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation in HK 265. The condo was clean and well organized, with modern, tasteful decor and very close to the beach. The beds were comfy and especially loved the twin loft beds instead of the usual hide-a-bed. The towels were new and fluffy and there were 4 micro-fibre beach towels (so easy to pack for the beach/pool). Amazed to find 4 extra folding chairs that allowed seating for 6 of us plus 4 more at mealtimes. Building Maintenance Staff were amazing: when we moved in all of the florescent lights in both bathrooms were going dark (what are the odds?!), plus one living room lamp bulb out and there was a broken prong in an electrical outlet - they came quickly and easily fixed all issues in no time. The dishwasher leaked the first time we used it, but again, they were there quickly to fix it.The cupboard above the island is terrible: either remove the cupboard doors completely (extremely difficult access from either side of the island, even for my 6'3" son) or better to replace the cupboard completely with one that is twice as big with doors that an average height person can use. The beach chairs are useable, but have definitely seen better days - replacements would be appreciated.While the view of the ocean was limited, you could still whale watch from the corner of the lanai; taller deck chairs would help.Overall, we loved the condo, the extra built-ins, blankets, pull-out spice drawer, shower/tub with rain shower/spray that allowed for baths for the little ones. Can't beat the location to the beach and the grounds keeping crew are meticulous and very pleasant. We used the pool almost every day or evening after mornings on the beach, so had the best of both.We will definitely be looking to book this condo the next time we are going to Maui. Mahalo, ML

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a terrific location, a 5 minute walk across the road to the beach. The grounds/pools are immaculate, the grounds keepers were all very friendly. We took advantage of the bbqs one night...very nicely set up (although tables outside the pool deck would be a bonus). The condo itself was good...with a few additions would be great. The kitchen could use a wider selection of utensils and pans. There were no cookie sheets or a broiler. It would be nice to have some plastic cups/plates in order to take a drink to the pool. There was also zero cupboard space for food! We had to put all of our goods on top of the fridge or on the very small space beside the sink. It was very awkward to get the plates/bowls etc out of the cupboard that was located at the end of the counter...a stool was needed unless you are over 6ft. A shelving unit placed on a wall somewhere would have at least given us somewhere to put our food. Also, there was no mop, which made it very difficult to keep the floors clean from wet sandy feet at the entrance into the bathroom. The closet outside held lots of handy items for beach goers, which we really appreciated! An umbrella, beach chairs, coolers, even a mesh bag full of kids sand toys.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo complex. Very family friendly, great BBQ area, very quiet at night and you can’t beat the location. Easy walk to the beach and to restaurants/ stores. The furniture in the suite was updated and comfortable. Beds were comfortable as well, and it was great having the beds in the upstairs loft for the kids. The patio chairs and the beach chairs could use an upgrade. There were lots of towels (beach, pool and bathing), lots of kitchen items, as well as beach items like sand pails, boogie board and umbrella. Property management company was great. They were very quick to address the couple issues we had. Overall a great stay and we would definitely book again.

Enough towels including beach towels. Was lacking some kitchen utensils (smaller ones) and some were not clean. We did dish wash them all before using them. I wish the balcony was a little more out so that we could see the ocean but not a big deal as we were out most of the time except in the mornings. Nice community pool and very close to the beach.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I originally booked a different unit, but due to construction we switched to Unit 265 and I am very happy we made the move! The unit was spacious, well stocked, and one of the only units with a bathtub. A bathtub was necessary because of our young children. Due to the location from the sun, the Lanai was always shaded and allowed us to sit out all day as well as kept the unit cool. We hope to stay in this unit next time and highly recommend it!
