this is a perfect property for you!



**The space**

Simple and comfortable, this two bedroom, two bathroom condominium has

standard furnishings and faces the slopes and base area for the perfect view

from the balcony. A comfortable and warm living room with a gas fireplace and

wide screen TV. The kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel

appliances, and a dining area too.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed

A sleeper sofa pulls out in the living area for additional sleeping.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slope side accommodation.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.

ZML has truly become our second home in Winter Park and this condo will definitely be our go to. Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back and this one certainly. The ski-in/ski-out location right on the slopes is unbeatable — you can step outside and be skiing within minutes, which makes the entire experience so easy and enjoyable (especially with kids and gear).Beyond the convenience, what we love most is how much quality time we get together here and the space for the family for cozy evenings relaxing and laughing. We made some of our best family memories. It’s the kind of place that feels comfortable the moment you arrive — like you’re coming home.If you’re looking for an amazing Winter Park stay with the perfect slope-side location and a place you’ll want to return to year after year, this is it. We can’t wait to come back to this Condo!
