We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely:

- Private dock can accommodate boats up to 50’ in length. Maximum one boat per dock.

- There is no power or pump out service to the slips.

- The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate.

The property had all the comforts of home. Plus, being able to enjoy the heated pool even through the overcast and windy conditions! The tropical landscaping and the dock on the bay was awesome!Would definitely recommend!!!

This home is amazing. I own several beachfront homes in the panhandle and I am very particular and look at all of the VRBO homes we stay at. This one was perfect. It had everything even soap detergent which was a nice extra!

We had the best time for my 50th in Key West and this house did not disappoint! It was perfect for our family and friends, It was very clean, the views were amazing and the older and younger kids had a great time fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. The hosts were so responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Best area to stay in Key West

This property was wonderful. Very clean. They give you enough paper towels, K-cups, dish soap, soap for the dishwasher, same for laundry detergent, etc. It can save you a trip to the grocery store. Plus, you get a quiet environment staying out of Key West, with only a short drive to tourist attractions. We would stay there again!!

Such a great home and location. Everything you think you need it has to offer. House was clean and comfortable. Only and I mean only complaint is that it was very loud. The us navy flies their jets right over the house and the walls literally shake. I would say this happens about 5-6 times a day. But not at night. Overall Great place we will be back!

Pool and the deck are very cool and inviting. The house is spacious and is in a gated community. The houses are, kind of close to each other but there’s some sense of privacy. The proximity of the main road / bridge in the back and the gas station right in front of the house was a downside due to noise and visual distraction. About 10 minutes from “downtown area” Decent place.

Key West Holiday

Everything was great. Earlier review spoke of the noise from the airbase and if you are outside during the mornings, it is loud at times. Does not seem noticeable inside. Plenty of room. They do need to have a chair of some type in each bedroom and on the room balconies. A soap dish in the bathrooms would be nice and some things like salt and pepper would be good. We left a lot of items like sugar, etc for the next visitor, assuming that the clean up people did not trash them. Also we never found the switch for the pool lights. Great pool and warmed to 87 degrees, which was nice since we were there during a "cold" spell. All and all, it was a great place to stay during our visit.

Excellent house with a beautiful pool. Good communication with the host. Big rooms and kitchen and living room very spacious. If I have to give one negative comment is that its about 10min away from downtown Key west. But overall I do recommend this location!

House was very nice..super clean upon arrival. Nicely equipped kitchen. The pool and water views were spectacular! There were plenty of loungers and pool towels provided. The only suggestion I would have is to provide a few sand chairs for guests to take for trips to the beach. We really enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful time. House was convenient but out of the busy part of town. It was comfortable but allowed for individual privacy. The guys enjoyed the opportunity to fish off dock and everyone enjoyed pool and grill. Overall success.

It has nice outdoor area in the back with a pool which made for several relaxing afternoons. I would most definitely stay here again!

All the goodness & privacy in one spot!

What a beautiful and private property! Nestled right into all the good stuff, beautiful foliage, unobstructed ocean views, and PLENTY of offstreet parking in a great neighborhood just a quick ride into town. This house was clean, comfy, and well equipped! We did loads of cooking and it was so great to have all the gadgets and knives! Indoor and outdoor eating was a bonus. AND right on thw water, woooo! Thanks for making us feel at home.

Everything was great except the property is located close to Rt. 1 and the traffic noise was more than we would have expected for Key West. Great kitchen but not even salt and pepper so bring your oils and spices if you plan to cook. Everything exceptionally clean. Beautiful pool. Great dock if you have a boat.

Wonderful time!

The layout of this home worked perfect for our group of 10. We enjoyed the view and pool. Our sandbar charter was able to pick us up from the house which saved us a ton of time! Cute, clean neighborhood. Would stay here again!
