Great holiday home for a nomad

I have two air-conditioned rooms with a kitchen and living area. 3 km from Unawatuna beach and 7 km from Galle city center. I offer free WIFI and all utility payments. The kitchen is equipped new fridge and oven with both gas and electric options. Looking medium to long term tenant.
