It's located just steps from the lake yet within a few minutes' walk to everything in Merimbula, from cafes and supermarkets to shops, making it ultra-convenient. Walk to Spencer Park or beyond to Bar Beach on the new, accessible trail, or head the other direction to walk the boardwalk around the lake.
