Loved the location! Loved the patio seating & corn hole. Nice house with ample sleeping, but could have a few more chairs in the living room & kitchen area. The bar stools are the wrong height for the counter! and 1 was broken. Ice maker did not work. The downstairs bedroom needs a dresser & all bedrooms need way more hangers! Doors downstairs are squeaky all in all it was a good stay tho

Had a great stay with my doubles partner and one other team for a tennis tournament! Comfy beds, quiet rooms, and great living space. Very near the Surprise Sports Complex so very convenient!

Wonderful spring break trip

We came down for our spring break to escape the cold and had a wonderful stay in this home. Very clean, plenty of space for our group of 8 and nice location. The outdoor seating was perfect for our group to eat dinner outside and relax by the beautiful pool. Truly enjoyed the home and would stay there again if we make our way back in the future. Thank you

Our family of 8 had a great weekend at this home for a weekend visiting family. Beds were comfy, layout was spacious, kitchen was clean and well stocked, and pool was lovely! First time renting through an agency and had great communication with our coordinator.

Comfortable and Fun

The layout of the house is very comfortable. Our party consisted of 6 people, and we all had a very nice room with clean sheets. There were plenty of towels and there were nice dental supplies, shampoos, and conditioners available in all the bathrooms. We had a lot of fun on the back patio and pool area in the evening sharing company while playing corn hole. The house rules are very reasonable and the checkout requests are also very reasonable and easy. I highly recommend staying here.

Great house with a pool in AZ

We really enjoyed our stay here, which gave us each our own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was awesome, and we appreciated the amenities including the umbrella. I would rent this place again. For some feedback, the furniture needs a review as the bar stools are too tall, the couch seats 3 comfortably and could use a 4th spot, and a small table near the bar area would allow people to eat and watch TV or watch what's going on in the pool. Also need some towel hooks or a rack here and there for bath towels. Thanks!

Good Location - needs work/cleaning

The location of this property worked well for our family. The size of the property was nice as well. The nearby playground was great for kids. At a quick glance, things looked nice, but when we arrived to the property, it had not been cleaned properly. We were promised a 50 refund for the issues we encountered during our stay but have not received that as promised. The bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned properly, notably the toilets. The toilets had poop stains and mold in them. The worst being the upstairs hall bathroom. The mirror was disgusting (toothpaste and such all over), the sink was gross. The master bathroom also needed some additional cleaning as well. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. While we were happy that this property came with towels, the towels in the cupboard were still wet from being (hopefully) washed. We did have to re-wash and dry towels before use. Some of the beds were missing sheets, we had to go hunting to make beds up. There also was hair everywhere. It appeared to be a combination of human and pet hair. On things like the bedding, sinks, floors, etc. just overall kind of gross. Additional items to note, this property could be great but there are a lot of things falling apart or broken. There are light bulbs out. The towel racks/bars are all coming out of the dry wall. A lot of dust, just seems poorly maintained. Garbage was full when we arrived.Convenient location and pool were nice to enjoy though.

The house is in a nice location. You do not deal directly with the owner. There is a management company. Prior to the trip it was difficult to communicate. Once we were there they were responsive for most things. The house itself is nice however needs some repair: towel hooks are falling or fell off the wall, pool cleaner broken. Furniture appears to be cheap with a barstool damaged, cheap metal side tables. The inside of the shower stalls were painted and are now peeling off. Front door lock needs work. The air conditioning intake filter needs replaced, kitchen table did not accommodate the number of people in the house. We had Six people in our group and no one thought the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice. The outdoor space is nice. Unfortunately the cleaning staff did not do their job especially in the showers. That should have been looked at prior to check in. Overall we had a nice time. The house is nice just needs some attention.

Perfect little getaway home

We came to Arizona for a softball tournament and knew we didn’t want to waste money on an overpriced hotel room. This is was so perfect for 3 small families to enjoy. The girls had a room to themselves and slept so comfortable. The adult parents each had their own room, all three were perfect. The entire house was immaculate. I was also grateful for the provided k-cups and keurig! They had a very cute coffee bar. The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook. It was also so kind of the owners to provide toiletries being that we forgot our shampoo and conditioner. There were plenty of towels and we even found pool towels. Speaking of the pool…. Absolutely perfect! The girls had tons of fun swimming and playing with the provided pool floaties before their evening game. The ambience of the backyard was very nice. I honestly could not find one thing wrong with this house! I will definitely try to rent again if we play in Arizona. One last bonus, there is a Costco up the street and plenty of dining options nearby.
