Spent Christmas at the Melrose visiting family. This is the best short term rental I have ever stayed in—- and I have stayed in many around the country!

House looks just as it does in the photos. It was very clean. I stayed with my husband and our two teens, and we mainly used it as a place to sleep as we were out most of the time. We didn't do any cooking, but I noticed that one cabinet had more cooking essentials than most rentals (not just salt and pepper, but quite a good selection of spices and such). Good to know - there are extra pillows in some closets. I wish I had discovered them sooner than checkout day, as I didn't enjoy the pillows on the master bed. The communication with the property management team was a bit wonky - when I sent messages I got immediate AI-type replies, and when I was not getting the info I wanted, I was sent the phone number of a manager to contact, and she was responsive, so we got through it. Overall, the stay here was very nice and I do recommend it.

We had a great time staying here. House was clean and had enough dishes, silverware, towels and comforters for 8 people (including 2 children). Having the toys were handy for toddlers. It is a plus that the house is close to grocery.

Lovely getaway

Our family had a lovely time at the Melrose Sarasota. The house is clean, comfortable and beautifully designed and decorated. Bedding and appliances are state of the art. Bathrooms so modern and spacious. The linai was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and other retailers. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for seven adults. We were in town for a family reunion. It was clean and everything that we needed was there. We spent every morning on the back screened in patio with coffee. The house is close to beaches and restaurants. We will be back.

Very nice home. The kitchen was very well stocked unlike other houses with plently of utenciles blenders etc. Could use another frying pan biut that was minor. Bedrooms were roomy, the Master Bath was quite large and the back screened porch was a great gathering space. Onsite washer and dryer worked well and when I needed to ring the site manager she was very nice and helpful. Quite neighborhood and conveniently located to grocery shopping and Beaches.

Wonderful property

Such a great house for a family or friends. We had a girl's trip with 5 girls and loved the house. Plenty of space, comfortable, beautifully decorated, very clean and overall a 10 experience. The only negative was not being closer to the beach and no pool. I highly recommend
