Was a great place to stay while we rebuild our own cabin in Lac du Bonnet.Check in and communication with the host was excellent.Property was very dog friendly, which is important to us.
This property is amazing, not surprising it gets booked fast for the next year. My of 5 adults plus our dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was so much to do: pool table, ping pong, two large screen TVs, outside had ample activities from kayaking to canoeing, hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed every aspect with the host checking in to see if we needed anything. Booked already for next year. Highly recommend
A cottage with a breath taking view of the lake with the perfect hot tub and sauna experience! A perfect place to enjoy the family and have lots of fun inside and outside. A definite return destination !

Thank you for staying with us, and giving us an opportunity to make your vacation more memorable!
A wonderful place to stay. Our first impression was the cleanliness of the house. The kitchen is well equipped for lots of good cooking. A beautiful view from the living room looks out over the Winnipeg river. We enjoyed the pool table and both TV's, one upstairs and downstairs. Bedrooms were quite roomy. Perhaps my favorite aspect was the wood-fired sauna, we used this several times over four days, including a couple of jumps into the snow after heating up. Can't wait for our next stay.

Very nice and respectful guests, welcome back anytime.
We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. It was a great location and pretty private. It had almost all the amenities that we'd hoped for. It was clean and comfortable. The sun room was wonderful for spending the evenings in.
A few cons:
-The next door neighbours had a dog that they didn't have leashed, and it would come over to visit our dogs sometimes, so that would be something to note if you're bringing any pets that will be outside.
-The river is not optimal for swimming, it's a bit too close to the dam so there's a slight current that you have to work against.

Unfortunately with the river levels and flooding this year, the current on the water is fast because all the dam gates are open.Usually this is a very rare occurrence because we are sheltered from the water flow but because of whiteshell and lake of the woods flooding all the gates of seven sisters dam were open and are still open, hopefully the water level will recede soon and guests will be abke to enjoy swimming again.
I am glad you and your family enjoyed their stay though!
The house was lovely with many amenities such as the hot tub, sauna, BBQ and outdoor grill. It was fantastic that it had 2 full bathrooms and one half bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with essentials. The location was great for beaches and the walks through the parks and old Pinawa dam. I would definitely recommend it.
This vacation home offers the spaces in which to have privacy and also shared experiences in comfort. The host was always available, just a text away. The property offers lots of ameneties. Ideal for large families and groups of friends.
