Nice community of neighbors, quiet area, lovely view of mountains, and sunrise. The owner was great in response and overall communication; they are very friendly and helpful. They assisted me in anything that came up, being that I was new to the area. The property manager was nice and responsive also.

Zwischen Playa Del Coco und Playa Ocotal in den Bergen oberhalb vom Ort Playa Coco gelegen. Ruhig, ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Man ist trotzdem irgendwie zentral ( mit Auto) konnten wir prima die Gegend erkunden. Sehr ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Toller Kontakt zu Marina, Vlad und Rosa.

Our Pura Vida loft is conveniently located only 30 min drive away from the Liberia Airport (there are direct flights to Toronto). We love the property as it is exclusively located on the hill side with marvelous mountain view, only 800 m from Playa Ocotal Beach. The loft offers beautiful view, semi-private swimming pool, and rancho at your doorsteps. Gardeners and security night guard. Five minute drive to Playa Del Coco with its supermarkets, many cafes, shops and restaurants.

This tastefully decorated property has one of a kind beautiful mountain view. Two open arches and high cathedral ceiling makes it full of light and air. Playa Ocotal Beach with its famous Father Rooster Restaurant is in a walking distance. Kitchen is equipped with granite counter, induction stove, ceramic cooktop, Black Decker Grill and Stove, microwave, kettle, coffeemaker & grinder, good quality cookware. tasteful decorations. Semi-private swimming pool and rancho at your doorsteps. There is a parking, a gardener and night security guard.
