Want to be in front of a lake or pool? Don't need to decide as this beautiful fully furnished Santa Monica townhouse in the award winning Paseo community in Ft. Myers, FL has both!!. Just unpack your bags and relax in this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit. All the amenities of home will be at your disposal here.

The first thing you'll notice when you arrive is the beautiful lake front view... actually there are two lakes in the front. When you walk in, you will be greeted by a bright welcoming interior that has been furnished with your comfort in mind. In the living room, there is a 55" tv and sleeper sofa. The dining room has a large table for entertaining your guests. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a half bath conveniently located off the kitchen.

The second floor features a beautifully decorated master suite with a King size bed and walk-in closet. The master bath has granite countertops and double sinks with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds with an ensuite bathroom with granite countertop and bath/shower combination. There is also a desk upstairs as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. All linens and towels are furnished for you as well as wireless, high speed internet and cable tv in the bedrooms and living room.

The unit also features a one car garage which is accessible from the quad (pool area and back yard entertaining area) where you can sit under an umbrella and enjoy your semi-private pool. If you want a livelier atmosphere, it's just a short walk over to the Community Center where you can sun by the main pool, relax in the jacuzzi or enjoy some food and drinks at the Tiki Bar. You can visit the gym or spa which is also at the Center. Save Friday night for the free movie (and popcorn) in the movie theater!

My wife and I enjoy coming to Paseo to relax and run away from the every day stress of working in New York City. We love Paseo! Our children also love coming to Paseo and which is a terrific place to spend quality time with our family.

Why they chose this property

Our property is in a terrific location with two lakes outside our townhouse, a terrific semi-private pool and centrally located within a short walk to all the resort amenities where you can enjoy the additional community pool , tiki bar and restaurant, several tennis courts, hot tub, spa, gym, library and even our own movie theater.
