The house and location is beautiful. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was our first time in Colorado and we loved it. I highly recommend this house. We would definitely stay here again.
Five adults and two kids stayed at the property over a long summer's weekend. It met our needs very well. The kitchen is very well appointed and we also appreciated that the bathrooms were also well stocked. The location is convenient to both Frasier/Winter Park and Lake Granby and Grand Lake. Relaxing on the deck was great! If you're coming during the warm season, bring some camp chairs; there are only 4 chairs on the deck.
Overall, this property worked very well for us!

Wonderful vacation house
My family (spouse and 3 grown children) and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet and private area, but with easy access to Granby, Tabernash, and Fraser. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable, as are the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a comfortable dining area (also a deck with a grill and seating for outside eating). We were there to hike and relax. Good hiking is close and convenient. The house also felt safe because of a Ring system. We highly recommend this for a summer vacation.
The location is great and the property is pretty private. Nice deck. The beds are comfortable and there’s a lot of space. I left off a star because there were no books or games, and I had to contact the property manager day of check in to get the code, even though the email said they would contact me 24 h in advance. No big deal, they responded rapidly, we had a great time and enjoyed the property.
Property is just as pictured. House was kept clean, everything you can need for a great stay is provided. Communication was great. Questions I had were answered very promptly, directions for accessing the property were given well ahead of time. Property manager and property owner were both in contact with me and both were very nice. House is well stocked, and not located too far from local grocery stores/restaurants, but far enough for that cabin feel. House cooled promptly with opening windows (late Sept/early Oct). House can host plenty of guests! Only mistake was not inviting more family! We visited Lake Granby, took our little one on a train ride w/ Georgetown loop, and visited RMNP. Definitely made lots of wonderful memories! Thank you for hosting us!
We enjoyed our stay in this quiet, off the beaten path home. It was perfectly in-between RMNP and Winter Park activities.
The home was very clean and very well stocked. Kitchen, bath, beds were very comfortable. Having laundry was wonderful after dusty hikes. Communication with the owners was stellar and prompt. Location is close to grocery and gas services. (and the Rodeo, which we highly recommend during the July 4th weekend)
We did find that the grill didn't work (had propane but didn't light, even with a lighter) but we adjusted our meal plans.
Our only wish was that it had more outdoor seating on the decks so we could comfortably sit together during our lazy morning breakfasts and coffee. We were a group of six friends and had to bring dining room chairs outside to be able to all sit together in the beautiful morning air. A very small inconvenience.
Overall, we enjoyed the property, the ability to be close to so many things, and the quiet of the development. Thanks so very much for a wonderful stay!
This property was amazing, everything we wanted in a family winter vacation. The location is perfectly located between Granby, Fraser and Winter Park. It’s peacefully located in the foothills. The house is very clean and has everything you could ask for. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice family vacation.
Super nice, convenient, hiking access, and a moose!
Very nice home with an astonishingly well-stocked kitchen. Convenient to groceries, booze, but on a quiet and pretty site. Hiking is nearby in RMNP and around Winter Park, and lots of mountain biking possibilities too. A moose visited the small pond across the road.
This property was located close to the Winter Park Ski Resort as listed. The home itself was warm cozy but spacious. The view was amazing!! Our family of 9 enjoyed the home so much we are planning our next stay.
