1100 square foot suite located above the garage of a large country home 15 mins south of Calgary and 7 mins east of the charming town of Okotoks. Completely self-contained and sound proof with a private entrance off the back deck. One large queen-size bedroom with full ensuite, walk in shower and stacked laundry. Open concept great room/kitchen with breakfast bar for 3 and separate dining room that seats 6. Balcony off great room with table and BBQ for outdoor dining. Ample parking. Waterton Park, Banff, Lake Louise and Drumheller are all within 1.5 hours and make great day trips!

Please note, that the suite is ideally suited for a couple. In the event of single adults or a child, a raised blow up bed with bedding is available.

Our family reunion

The property was perfect for our group of 11 family members. We also rented the apartment above the garage, and it was as beautiful, as the rest of the house. We found everything we needed.The showers were good with lots of pressure and hot water, but it would be better if they had a hand held wand. Also some of us were expecting a hot tub but there is no hot tub on the property. Check in was confusing with the key pad numbers, two numbers per button. Over all the house and property is just what we needed.I highly recommend this house if you are considering a large rental. The kitchen with a big island and dining and living room are all open and are perfect for large groups.

Tranquil rural property very close to Okotoks and Calgary

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment which is located above the garage on an acreage just outside Okotoks. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and was very quiet, which is what we prefer. It was a 10 min drive to Okotoks and about 35 min to downtown Calgary. Very convenient to visit tourist attractions in Calgary and area but without staying in the noise and pollution of a city.
