-separate dining area with raised table that seats 6 with 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen bar area

-bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk, as well as a spacious closet
-another bedroom with 2 twin bunks and a large closet
-full bathroom with stand up shower/bathtub
-spacious loft with a flat screen smart TV and XBOX so the kids can get away to their own space. Loft also includes a futon and space for a king blow up mattress that is provided.
