This wonderfully designed, elevated 4Br beach/ 2 bathroom house features brand new luxury beds and bedding combined with several zones for that relaxing stay.
Inside the house the northerly aspect is designed to enjoy the views of a secluded, private Moonah garden with extensive decking, separate dining, kitchen and lounge rooms. In the lounge room, you will enjoy a very comfy wrap around couch which welcomes you to free TV content via the 65" TV, delivered through your premium wi-fi internet.
In the master bedroom there is a new king size bed with ensuite. Each of other 3 bedrooms feature new queen sized beds for that insanely comfortable sleep and great wardrobe storage for your clothes during your stay.
The well appointed kitchen includes a stove/cooktop, Nespresso coffee making machine, cocktail or smoothy blender and full compliment of cooking utensils, which can be guided by your Google Hub for that special menu and recipe. Coffee and tea are also provided in combination with your complimentary wine.
The outside spaces are enjoyed by the extension of a huge double-deck, umbrella and 10 person dining table with new BBQ for entertaining family and guests. Another relaxation sun deck with day-bed provides added privacy which is complimented by a simple outdoor hot/cold shower facilities.
Close enough for a short stroll to Dimmick's Beach and all the Rye back-beaches, the region is famous for spectacular views, awesome walks and notable surfing. This home provides the classic peninsular escape with secure garden surrounds for extra privacy.

The house was well presented and well equipped with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The host was quick to respond to our requests at the time of booking and checki in.
Beautifully maintained property, gorgeous plants, amazing bbq set up - great stay with my elderly parents & son. A really loved home, we appreciated all the details & adundent cooking & dining available, great tv too for movies at night! Thanks for a lovely family holiday and great yard & outdoor area for pups to holiday too

What a fabulous stay for our girls’ weekend away. The whole experience from booking, information before check in and the stay was great.
The queen beds and pillow toppers were so comfy. The house had everything we needed from baking trays to wine glasses. The water pressure in the shower was amazing.
Amazing house perfect for my family and dog. Plenty of room yet fely cozy and very comfortable. Beds were excellent and the kitchen well furbished with all we needed. We couldn't fault anything about this gorgeous property. Especially the communication with the hosts. Thank you we will ve back.

Better suited for Adults as there is no garden for kids is my only negative thing that l would have to say.

We just had a very relaxing stay at this lovely property. The house has everything that you need and has been decorated with high quality linen and finishes. There's a beautiful deck area out the front for morning coffees and yoga. It was a lovely place to stay which we might plan to visit again.
Our family had an awesome time at the place. Everything was as listed and we had all that we need. We even had two complimentary bottles of sparkling wine to welcome us which is superb hosting from Glenn. It was spacious for all 7 of us. Only one issue with us is the steep gravel driveway, especially during these cold wet autumn/ winter days. The gravel driveway had a rather deep hole thus driving up the driveway is difficult at times when the wheel falls into the hole. Other than that everything is great and I would highly recommend the house to anyone.
