Host cancelled after our arrival. Stayz were of no assistance and left us with no accommodation 2 days after Christmas.. everything was booked out. I was crying as we had our son, DIL and 4 grandchildren with us for what was supposed to be their Xmas present. Thought we were going to be sleeping in the car. We were 6 hours from home and Stayz left us stranded. Never again, how is the host allowed to cancel.after we have arrived. And Stayz Care is non existent..managed to find some accommodation but as it was last minute cost a fortune. Worst experience. Horrid,terrible,was so stressed trying to find accomodation, ruined the whole getaway, if i could would give no stars. Find it funny that they sent me a thank you for staying us and then asking for a review. Surely they know after many calls that we didn't stay as they allowed the host to cancel.
