Wonderful place that felt like home

Beautiful property just a short walk from the Main Street. The host has made it so you feel like you are heading back home - thoughtful additions to the bathroom, fresh bread and milk in the fridge. Enjoyed reading under the beautiful tree in the backyard in the mornings before enjoying the local sights. Can’t fault this and hope to return

Great Stay

The garden is beautiful. The house was spotless as usual. Very Comfortable with every convenience available. Also close to town. Very helpful host. We had a very good stay. Hope to do it again soon.

Amazing stay!

What a fabulous property and property manager. The pantry was stocked and nothing was left wanting. Dale facilitated an early check in and was prompt in responding to my questions. We have stayed at a number of properties in Orange and this is by far the most inviting. You won’t be disappointed.

Cosy, convenient and so welcoming.

We absolutely loved our night in this beautiful, homely cottage. We had all the facilities required in the well-appointed Kitchen to prepare and serve a lovely meal and we were able to dine in style and comfort. The beds were very inducive to a good night's sleep, warm, comfortable and the aroma of the linen was most relaxing. The place was immaculately clean, we could not fault a thing. Thank you Dale, we will definitely stay again.

Weekend of sport

Fantastic property, quality renovation, spotlessly clean, well equip pantry, great kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. We had a very nice stay communication with host Dale was very easy, Dale was vey helpful and accommodating with check in and out. Couldn't ask for a better experience over 6 years staying in Orange properties this one is at the top of the list. Greg

Midweek Stay

Upon arrival on the hottest day all year in Orange it was much appreciated that the aircon was on and we entered a very cool , spotless house with soft music playing . The house was immaculate , clean and beautifully decorated . The pantry and fridge were packed with breakfast essentials and snacks ,a very unexpected surprise.Lovely garden and we used the garage. However the smell from the toilet was quiet offputting , we hope the problem has been rectified . We would definitely stay again at your cosy cottage when next in Orange . Kerry and Graham

Great stay at Clytie Cottage

Had a wonderful 3 night stay this week and wish we’d booked longer. Was perfect for my husband and 6 year old little girl. The back yard was perfect for her endless cartwheeel practice!Well equipped, super clean and some lovely little touches on the pantry and fridge to make our stay even more comfortable. Dale was always attentive and easy to deal with. Would stay again!

CBD Welcoming Comfort

Such a welcoming host and comfortable property. So well cared for and everything you could possibly need at your fingertips all within close walking distance to shops and restaurants. The cottage has so many individual spaces inside and outside to sit and contemplate on your own or gather comfortably in a group. The beds are the most comfortable of any place I have stayed, so important, thanks for everything Dale, you have thought of it all!
