Welcome to our lovely, well-appointed 2 bed, 2 bath condo. "Oasis in Playa" provides spacious living at 1,700 ft (160m2). Professionally selected decor and custom furnishings allow you to holiday at your leisure in tasteful surroundings. With stunning views and secluded balcony, it's ideal for families and friends who value privacy and tranquility.

The apartment is in an upscale boutique building, in the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen. We offer 24h security, a heated 60ft saltwater pool, gym, outdoor lounge with BBQ and parking. It is a few minutes walk from the beach and Quinta Avenida/Fifth Avenue with world-class shopping & dining. You're near the action, but on a quieter stretch of Calle 12.

- Second bedroom: Two double beds, large closets, A/C unit, ceiling fan

- Designer kitchen with premium appliances and essentials for your stay. A bar height counter from the kitchen faces the dining room

The apartment features high quality finishings, such as a designer kitchen with stone countertops and premium stainless steel appliances, ample storage, high ceilings, and quality windows.

There's a king bed in the primary bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, a queen-sized pull out couch in the living room and a single air mattress. We also provide beach essentials, such as beach folding beach chairs, beach towels, large Coleman cooler, sand toys, floaties, etc.

Our hospitable property manager meets you on arrival and ensures your stay is enjoyable and your every need is met.

The maximum occupancy for this apartment, under the condo rules, is 6 persons. No exceptions.

Assigned parking is available in our secure, underground parking.
For day trips or getting around quickly, car service can be easily arranged. Cabs and the local ADO public bus station can be found steps away. Playa del Carmen is a very walkable city, you can easily get around downtown Playa on foot.

The apartment has a maximum of 6 guests.

Due to condo bylaws and severe allergies, we do not allow animals, including pets, service animals or emotional support animals, of any kind. Evidence of any animals will incur additional cleaning costs and/or result in canceling the reservation.

There is absolutely no smoking in the unit. Evidence of any smoking will incur additional cleaning costs.

The apartment has 24 hour security. The security desk requires that all guests on the reservation check-in with security.

We attempt to keep things fair and reasonable for everyone by including an ample amount of energy use for your basic needs depending on your length of stay. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we ask that guests be respectful and conscience of their electricity use. The air conditioners and laundry will have the biggest draw on electricity. You will receive 30 kilowatts of electricity per night as part of your reservation. From experience, we know this is a reasonable amount for a comfortable vacation. Guests will be expected to pay 7 pesos (at cost) for any kilowatt above that amount. To determine a guests' usage, the property manager will document power usage during your stay.

We cater to families, retirees, and small groups looking for a relaxing, upscale vacation apartment rental. Our condo development is not suited to groups in Playa to party excessively, as it is a quiet residential building. Plus, all of the action of Playa del Carmen is just steps away for people to enjoy and so we encourage our guests to go out an enjoy it!

Lovely well appointed condo with a location that can't be beat.

Amazing Place To Stay!
We loved our stay in this condo. We really enjoyed the pool, we had it almost to ourselves during our stay. The apartment is very large, comfortable and stocked with the essentials. It's located in a great location across the street from the ADO and taxis, only a few blocks to 5th Ave. There are so many restaurant and entertainment options within walking distance. Rocco and Stephanie were great to work with. They were very communicative and always tried to make sure we were fine in their apartment. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to all our friends and family..
