The Space:
This studio is combination of modernity with minimalist design to give you comfort and relaxation.

As you enter the studio, there’s a perfectly designed kitchen in blue tone on your left. The kitchen offers complete appliances and kitchenware, where you can cook delicious freshly cooked- meals.

A compact dining space is offered close to kitchen, two comfortable stylish chairs are completed with a lovely small round table where you can enjoy your hot freshly cooked meal.

As you walk past the table, A comfy couch is placed where you can sit back and rest and watch your favorite movie or TV show on the big flat TV. You can also turn this sofa into bed by unfolding the back cushions to create a comfortable, flat sleeping surface which can comfortably sleep up to 1 guest.

The cozy sleeping sleeping area will instantly grab your attention, a king-sized bed that sleeps two is accompanied with heavenly soft mattress, hotel-quality linens and fluffy pillows! There is a perfect sized workspace located in the corner of the bed which you can use if you need to quickly check your mails.

Neat and clean bathroom has bathing supplies, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel.

Now let's just walk you through the balcony and which is complemented with outdoor furniture where you can simply have a nice sit whilst sipping your favorite beverage with amazing view!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access gym, pool and parking is available upon request.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

Many things are accessible by foot via Marina Walk (grocery stores, hairdressers, restaurants, etc.)

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, the Dubai Marina Tram Station and JLT Metro Station are only 5 minutes away. You can use the tram if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Palm Jumeirah. If you fancy going around Dubai through a train, you can go straight to JLT Metro Station and buy yourself a metro card.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).
