With its location in the central Meadow, a walk to the beach takes just a few minutes, and we've provided a wagon to pack your little ones, their gear and have wheels for the 2 provided Kayaks! (if you choose to use them). If you'd rather, arrange a rental golf Cart from Fairway rentals and they will drop it off at our property for the day you arrive!

Lovely house that accommodated all the family. Everything we needed was supplied. We enjoyed the sunroom and patio area, great hangout spots. We also appreciated all the extras, candles, plenty of towels, lovely linens and blankets, kayaks etc. The location to the beach and pool was good.

Absolutely wonderful holiday with my husband, our 4 adult children and 2 of their friends. The house was beautiful, spacious, in a great location and has everything you need! Great communication with the owner to set up for our arrival and departure. Highly recommend !!

Great family vacation

We stayed with two other families. There was enough room for all of us. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. We especially loved the sun room. We all enjoyed the pool and playing beach volleyball. The cottage is in a great location. It has its own private beach where we paddle boarded. It’s also a quick drive to town for activities.

Amazing family vacation!

The cottage was absolutely perfect. I can honestly say there were zero complaints. Hosts were quick to respond and super helpful, and it was a breeze to book and check-in. It was very clean, stocked with everything you need, and beautifully decorated. The grounds were very nice as well; nice pool, private beach and lots of space for sports and kids to run around. It really provided the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. Will definitely be coming back again!

Our stay in the Cottage (Kickback) was wonderful. We were a family of 10, grandparents, parents and 4 grandchildren. The Cottage was very well equipped, very nicely decorated and pleasing to the eye. Those small touches matter. There was a table for 6 in the kitchen and a table for 6 in the sun room, so everyone found a place to sit and eat. In the evening after the kids were in bed, the sun room table was well used for various card games AND we successfully completed the 1000(999) piece puzzle that was available to entice us.It was an easy walk to the lake, the playground and pool were very close and extra parking was right beside the unit. It was a 5 star experience and definitely family friendly!

Perfect Cottage and Location

We have stayed in over 30 VRBOs since 2005 and can say with utmost confidence that this one is a 5 star plus! The attention to detail, from the beautiful decor, to the well-stocked and organized kitchen, to the well -thought out extras, is above and beyond. Communication with the owner was extremely easy and check-in was very smooth. We love this location on the lake with close proximity to wineries, restaurants and amenities. This cottage feels very spacious and is private for sitting on the patio and in the sunroom. We would recommend it as the perfect vacation cottage!

Family vacation

Steve and Jennine’s home was the perfect place for our annual family getaway. This is our fourth year coming to The Cottages and we were not disappointed with this cottage. The house was clean and spacious and the communication was great from the start. We were greeted with a lovely welcome note and some treats. While we weren’t able to enjoy the pool and lake as much as we would have liked due to the smoke and ashes from the wild fires, we were still able to relax in the home.

Ideal location in South Okanagan

The property is ideally located between Oliver and Osoyoos with tons of wineries and fruit orchards. It is on a private stretch of beach accessible only to occupants. Great clubhouse/pool area. The cottage itself is exactly as advertised and beautiful throughout. The only negative is the walk to the beach is quite long if you are carrying SUP’s/life jackets/umbrellas. There is a third party that rents golf carts but they are booked up months in advance.

Flawless and Fabulous

We didn't think it was possible to have a flawless experience such as we did during our stay at Jennine and Steve's cottage at the Cottages at Osoyoos. The hosts are graceful, communicative, informative. They are responsive but not cloying. The property is exactly as it is marketed. No surprise, no disappointment. The home is exquisitely appointed with a myriad of small attentions that make a large difference in the quality of one's vacation. The furniture and furnishings are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could think of needing (and that's saying a lot coming from someone who loves to cook). You can almost hear J and S asking themselves: what would we want in a rental property? What would make us comfortable. Then, they delivered. Bravo!
