Nice get away

Over all we had a nice stay. Pool was just across the street which was great. Though there was mention of spa which would of been at the Club House, but a statue was put at its place…Stores were close by and close enough to Disney

A nice property but...

The unit was clean and spacious. Bedding was very good and neighborhood quiet. While the furnishings were accurate the Owner did not supply much in the way of supplies to get us through our stay. Almost no paper goods or cleaning supplies were provided. Nothing that could not be cured w an extra trip to store but it kind of left us feeling like the Owner looks to save a few and does not care his review takes a hit.

Great location but needs updating

While the location of the property was great, it could use some simple updates to make the experience better. For starters, there were no regular sized coffee mugs. Only espresso size or soup bowl sized. The largest pot for cooking would not hold spaghetti noodles without breaking them in half. There was not a bowl large enough to toss a salad in. In the main area, the laundry room door would not close due to the size of the dryer. The carpet on the stairs was very worn and appeared dirty. The master bath was missing the drain plug in the sink and the holder for the toilet paper. All of these are minor things, but add up. Again, the location and layout of the property was great, but just needs a little TLC.

Nice place but needs a deep clean

The property was safe and would have been great but it was dirty. On the surface the property looked acceptable but the longer we stayed the more dirt we found. We were cold one evening so we took the spare blanket down and it had yellow stains on it, the bathtub was black, the mattress protector on the main bed had dirt and yellow stains all over it.

Perfection!

This was the perfect rental for our family of four. It is located within short driving distance of all of the major theme parks, and is close to grocery stores and restaurants for when you are home. Super clean, gated community, couldn’t have asked for more!

Great security gate. Close to shopping and restaurants, about 20 minute drive to Disney. Lots of space inside and parking right in front. Not as clean as I would have liked. Sheets are very old and worn, need to be updated. There was no makeup towels to use as instructed. The neighbors behind us partied all night, still going at 7am when I got in the shower. Hand soap containers were empty, needed to buy soap. Very little toilet paper left on roll, no backups left.

Family Trip

Overall, the property was a great place to stay for nearly a week. The quality was excellent especially for the price. I would advise bringing your own toilet paper as they only provide what is on the roll in each bathroom, which did not last our family of 5 two days. They also ask you to wash towels and take out the trash daily, but do not provide laundry soap or more than two trash bags. The location is quiet and safe.

Comfortable and Affordable

The previous reviews led me to this affordable and comfortable place for our family of 4; we own a cleaning business so I will always feel like things could be cleaned a little better; but I rate the cleaning a 4 instead of a 5 because there is room for improvement. Our overall stay was great, close to a lot of places to shop and dine out. We will look forward to staying here again when we plan our next vacation. I had a question and someone got back in touch with me promptly.

Great stay

Was a nice place to stay in a gated community pretty close to disney attractions and a walmart just down the road. There is a security guard at the gate so stay in the left lane when going in. Upon arrival you will get a guest card. Home was nicely decorated with a bathroom on the main floor and a full size washer and dryer. Just an fyi this is a town home with all three bedrooms updairs. There are approx 13 stairs to go up. Nice size master with king bed, TV, balcony and master bath. Bedroom two is also nice with TV, bedroom 3 and 2 share a hall bath. You will need your own coffee and laundry soap for stays longer than 2 to 3 days you will need bathing soap and shampoos. We found the home very comfortable, convenient and easy to access communication was good with host. Would stay here again.
