Thank you for staying at Shirley’s Place in the Pines. We are very proud of our rental property, and Ruidoso is our favorite vacation spot. Thank you for taking the time to review your time with us. We look forward to your next visit.
We reserved this place for our family Christmas vacation. The home is beautiful and in a perfect location. A couple of blocks off of the Main Street-Sudderth, yet still quiet so you aren’t bothered by town noise. We would definitely choose this wonderful home again.
Comfortable, thoughtfully equipped cabin. Loved having three bathrooms!
Property was great! Loved having the fence on the porch for our small dog!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We also love using the fence on the porch, and we even have medium-sized dogs. We still sit outside with them, but don’t have to worry about them getting away from us and getting into the road. We look forward to having you stay with us again. Thank you.
Relaxing cool breezes with beautiful wild life sightings.
We enjoyed all the amenities provided indoors and out. We were sad to leave.

Loved our stay!
We had a great trip and loved this house! It was very cute and comfortable for all of us! We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings with our coffee and got to see both deer and elk walking around. It was in a great location and it was easy to get anywhere in town from here. Highly recommend this cabin!

From the owner: "MacKenzie, so glad you enjoyed your stay in Ruidoso. Jessica and I always enjoy hearing that our guests had everything they needed to have a great vacation. We are proud of our cabin and hope you come back for another visit."
It was a great location in walking distance to downtown Ruidoso, it felt very private despite distance to neighbors, the hot tub was great and the porch/patio was fantastic for watching all the wildlife come through too. Large table in dining was perfect for card games too!!

Great place
The house was very nice and was a perfect fit for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was walking distance to main street for shopping. Short drive to near by activities. We had a great time and would stay in this house again

From the Owner: "Thanks so much for staying with us for your vacation. We are proud of our cabin and even happier when our guests enjoy staying with us. Ruidoso is a special place to us as our family has been coming there since my grandmother was young. It’s our home away from home. We look forward to you staying with us again."
The cabin is cute. There was plenty of room. It had most of the utensils that we needed. The area around the cabin looks a bit run down but it was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Deer came by everyday!

Comfortable stay
Dealing with Evolve was AWFUL. That said, the home was well equipped and comfortable. We booked because of the 3 bd/3 ba as we travelled with each of our sisters so we all had bathrooms! Very important to us, all beds were very comfortable!!
House location was great! House was nice, only thing was ants in kitchen and laundry room.
Great location and house was super nice! Hot tub is not in a place where we felt comfortable using, but dog next door, ants were in kitchen area and laundry room making it hard to cook.
