This was the perfect stay to see the sights and experiences of Windsor & Essex county. And there is so much of this to do.
An excellent location & host.

Large. lovely and comfortable. Very convenient for an easy, early morning border crossing!
Very clean, spacious, comfortable. Host was communicative and gracious. Beautiful property, easy drive to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend! Thank you!!
We very much enjoyed our stay! The home/basement apartment is located in a beautiful community. It’s not a typical basement-the ceilings are very high, there’s lots of light, and it is quite spacious. The living room/kitchen area was a perfect gathering spot for our family of four. Joseph gave us detailed instructions for our arrival and responded promptly to a couple of questions that we had. It was easy access to and from the 401. We would definitely stay here again!
When I turn on the heat to 72 degree, you responded back that you are comfortable... Anyways, try to be open in other places please

The experience overall was good for what we needed as we were only on site from 7:00 pm to 10:00 am.
The 2 bedroom unit was bare bones, with a queen bed in each bedroom, night table with light and a dresser.
The unit is huge but has little in furnishings, one sectional with a small 42” iptv positioned 20ft away on the other side of the room. One side table with a lamp.and a coffee table in front of the couch.
Kitchen has a fridge, stove and sink with plenty of cupboards and basic dishes for a couple of people.
The bathroom had 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel.
The main issue for us was the constant
footsteps echoing from above us.
This was good value for the price for the 2 of us. It was basically a place to sleep.
As is the case a lot , even in hotels rooms, first thing that needs to happen is that the remote 's batteries are low and the TV wont work. They had netflix but no other stations as i could tell. There are very few if any dishes in this places and it is bare bones. if you drink wine , bring your own glass
The location for us was perfect with close access to wine country and Windsor as well. The basement unit in this quite new home, was spotless and bright with comfortable bedrooms. However, torn screens, no screen door, a horde of flies to kill with our own spray, kept us from opening the door and windows on a fresh and beautiful day. The back garden is beautiful, backed by a golf course and although it was clear we were not able to use the pool, it would have been lovely to have had a chair or two in a corner to enjoy being outside. The huge main room had no carpet or soft furnishings to deaden the echo, and the smallish tv was about 20’ from the settee. We were unable to watch anything at all, because the codes were not made available to us, even after we asked for them. Joseph, who is very kind, and recovering from surgery did try, but there was no follow up.
This lovely new home is not soundproof at all, and every step and conversation was heard above us. The window wells along the path really need to have a grate. A warning about them is not enough. I wish them success and a few tweaks for the comfort of their guests would make a huge difference.
