This is my wife Jocelyn and I's first rental property. We live a minute down the road. We had a property management company running it since November when we started which went well but we wanted to be more involved and there was the guest connection missing when its going through a company. Most of the guests we have had have been single professionals staying for long periods.

We live down the street. Its a nice, quite area close to everything needed. The expressway is close by making getting across the city very quick and convenient.
What makes this property unique
Fully renovated and done to proper codes with city inspections. I am a local Home inspector so the proper needed to meet my standards for safety and quality.
