With our ranch style home on top of a hill, the house is placed in a lovely countryside feel. It has a large backyard with plenty of patio area that overlooks 100 acres of natural splendour. It's ideal for corporate retreats, wedding festivities, pre-honeymoon stays, or relaxing weekend vacations with friends and family. We're conveniently located near your favourite Plano/Frisco businesses and restaurants, with easy access via Highway 380, DNT, and Preston Road.
The space

It is a 5000 sft home with one master bedroom and two regular bedrooms. It has one master bathroom and one Jack and Jill bathroom. Our living room is spacious, with numerous couches and different areas for smaller gatherings. It also has a casual and formal dining room, a sunroom with outdoor seating, a laundry room with washer and dryer, many closets, two refrigerators, and 45 inches televisions in the home.
