Amazing Winter Destination

Idabel Lake and Eagle's Landing are a hidden gem for a winter destination. Nearby Kelowna Nordic has some of the best XC and Snowshoeing trails in the province. And there is ice fishing and skating on a lake. We really enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to vist again. thanks

Eagles Landing was a perfect location for our summer getaway. The lake is steps away from the house. The kids spent hours on the dock and in the lake. We fished, paddle boarded, swam and biked. The house was clean and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, everyone slept very well. Even the pull out couch was comfortable! There were a lot of games available in the suite and the games room was a great place for the kids to hangout. There is no air conditioning in the suite however this was managed very easily by opening the windows in the evening and making sure the windows were closed and the curtains drawn during the day. Make sure to bring plenty of drinking water. The location is remote and you can’t just pop into the store for a forgotten item, however we loved the quiet setting. The WiFi worked great, but there is no cell phone service, which made it easy to disconnect. The host was fantastic and very available to help us out. The check in and out process was straight forward and easy. We had a great time at Eagles Landing and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful mountain lake getaway.

Winter Vacation

The property is very peaceful and I could immediately relax. We ate very well and the Kitchen was not lacking for anything. We skied at Big White and snowmobiled. It’s the perfect place to rewind.
