I stayed at this property while my home was being remodeled, it was a very quiet neighborhood, the house was nice and the location was good. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is very clean and works well for a group of people. Four good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and ample gathering space for groups. The managers are responsive and the overall experience was great.

The house was as described in the listing. Plenty of space for our family. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The only negative was the cleanliness of the home. We had to wipe down the bathtub before use, there were ants in the kitchen, and thick dust/dirt on return vents. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

So Comfy and Nice!
The home was nicely maintained, clean and comfortable. The five of us had a wonderful stay. We really appreciated the layout of the home which allowed us privacy to split up and do some work as well as get back together to watch TV and dine. We had a lovely stay! The indoor temp was nice and cool. There were plenty of towels as well. All of the appliances were in good working order. We would definitely book this property again.
Property in safe neighborhood. Clean. Comfortable. Surprisingly roomy. 7 of us and didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. Convenient to Eckert’s, Belleville, shopping, Cardinals stadium (we used the metro). We used to live in Belleville so very familiar with the area but good location, safe, clean, comfortable.

This was my first experience with renting a VRBO. Very nice home and location. We enjoyed our stay and would book this location again for a future visit.

A full length mirror in at least one room for dressing.
A bedside lamp next to each bed (with light bulbs)
A desk and/or dresser in each bedroom to unpack and settle in vs living out of a suitcase on the floor.

We rented the house for a few days to get together with relatives who live nearby. The house was spacious and had plenty of beds for all of us who were traveling. The house is in a nice neighborhood and easy to get to. Our overall experience was good. The back patio is nice and a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. We had an issue with the thermostat for the air conditioner, but the host responded quickly and sent someone over to reset it for us. The only small thing I will mention is that there were no kitchen utensils for cooking. Checking in and out was easy. I would recommend this house to others looking for a place to stay.

We really loved the location and the space of the property! It says it’s for 7 people but you could easily fit 10 in the beds. Plenty of parking! Downside was after the rain we had ants in the master bedroom/bathroom and kitchen. Pots and pans were very scratched and we ended up getting our own. Not enough washcloths. We had 6 guests and only 2 washcloths. Once again, we went and bought our own. We would still book this property if we came back to the area!

When you pull up to the neighborhood you find out real quickly that your experience will be welcoming. Very nice kept up neighborhood and it’s close to all shopping and restaurants. Inside the home was so clean and spacious and as I stated on the title just feels like home. Very well decorated and laid out. I will stay here every time I’m in the St Louis area for a cards game since it’s only a 20 min drive to the city! Also I did have one problem with the water when I got there but the property manager came right over and it was a very easy fix. Everyone I spoke with to resolve the issue was also very nice and answered every time I called. This property is exceptionally managed!!! 5 stars from me and my family who are very picky!

Property manager failed to provide access to the unit on the day of check-in. This required me to contact Vrbo and the property manager to get access. An incorrect access code was provided by the property manager once he was finally able to be contacted. This required that I contact him again to get a correct code. Once in the unit, the thermostat would sustain the desired temperature after being set, with the heat dropping into the 50's at night as a result. The access code was then deactivated prior to our departure date (2 days prior), during which time, the Property Manager was unable to be accessed for over three hours. An updated access code was provided at 2:45 a.m. while my wife and 4 children waited for us to get entry. Our personal belongings were unable to accessed this entire time. It took nearly a week for the property manager to respond to my requests for a full refund due to the poor service received and denial of access to the property, twice. Look to stay elsewhere; awful experience.

The house was as listed. The house kitchen was not clean. There were bug droppings in the silverware drawer. We had to wash all dishes and the coffeepot before use. Every windowsill had dead bugs, spider webs and bug droppings. The beds and bathrooms were clean. If I would have had a small child they would not have been allowed on the floor until mopped. When contacted, the host said they could send someone to clean the areas. There was no way thwy could clean with us there. This home needed a thourough top to bottom clean. The host was unwilling to to give ANY type if discount after pictures were provided.

The home looked lovely, but when I opened the dishwasher there was a terrible odor and active mold growth. I wanted so much for this to be special but my children checked out early. The dishwasher and sink dirt, plus a broken garbage disposal was sad. I messaged the owner for early checkin and they said no problem and I double checked the time with them , but then I waited a half hour at the home before I messaged the managers again to get in the home and they said they were busy. Then I found the mold and it was too late for anything to be done but for me to bleach and work for an hour trying to get the growth and smell cleared out of the kitchen. The manager said they would try to get a cleaner and repairman - but my people were almost there - besides - mold had to have been growing a while. I would be happy to send photos if needed. When I asked for at least a refund for three days the manager said no until pressured by a red Awning. . Then they refunded less than one day.
I wanted this to be positive. I’m just so sorry it was shocking .
The manager said “ I gave you baby beds and early check in - as if that made the mold ok. (even tho I waited for checkin)
