Nestled within the hustle and bustle of Kill Devil Hills, a highly sought-after vacation town with attractions all around it, lies an Oasis by the Sea. After an exhilarating day of visiting historic sites like the Wright Brothers Memorial, the air sports destination Jockeys Ridge State Park in the adjacent town of Nags Head, or any of the pristine beaches all along the Outer Banks, entering this condo will feel like revisiting a dream. This semi-oceanfront condominium provides guests with comfy furnishings, stainless steel appliances, LVP flooring, and modern coastal decor to relax after a long day of adventures in the OBX. Your slice of paradise!

Settle into the King En Suite, with access out to the balcony! The second bedroom features a Twin over Full Bunk, with a Twin Trundle beneath and a private full bathroom. The third bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, with a shared full bathroom that's accessible from inside the bedroom or the hallway. Each of these bedrooms also features cable LCD TVs, as well as new mattresses in every room and an elevator for easy access!

The great room features a light blue, wrap-around sofa and ottoman, along with a single person green patterned chair and another cable LCD TV! The beautiful light wood dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats an additional 4. Finally, the stylish kitchen features beautiful wooden cabinets, an oven and stainless-steel appliances. Both the dining area and the kitchen are adorned with hanging lights to give an extra touch of that modern design charm.

The owners have also gone to great lengths to make countless small enhancements to this condo. New paint has been applied throughout and small touches employed everywhere to make this feel like a home away from home. Whether it's a painting on the wall or flowers on the dining table, it matters to us that our guests receive the most up-to-date experience we can provide. Other amenities, such as the community pool, park-style grill, picnic table and walkway to the beach are all still here as well.

Overall great time.

Overall, the pictures were VERY accurate to the property. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. All roomy. The stay was great. The only issue was that the door code to get into the building was incorrect in the email sent by management. We did not get a response for over an hour via the text. Additionally, I texted the management group prior to arrival regarding parking and did not receive any response for several hours. Once the door code issue got situated, everything else was amazing. GREAT location to beach. Very quiet (which I was concerned about being in a condo). Overall, would stay again.

Great place to enjoy the beach and KDH

The condo was great, beds very comfortable, pool was refreshing and the balcony was I nice space to start the day and sip coffee or cocktails. The traffic after dinner was a bit loud but once all the partiers got to where they were going it was pleasant again. Loved the walking distance to so many great eats and the brewery next door. Would have appreciated some beach equipment with the unit but otherwise we’ll equipped. One suggestion would be to have some kind of manual for the amenities (how to use TV, etc.). Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, large rooms, cannot see ocean at all from first floor

Overall the condo was exactly as shown, clean and roomy. Location is great but if you are wanting to see the ocean this isn’t the place for you. We did a couple roaches during our stay.
