Surrounded by palm trees swaying in the breeze, a private outdoor shower, beautiful sun deck, and outdoor entertainment area complete with grill, picnic table, and refrigerator, you cannot help but to relax. Pack a picnic and walk to the beach or cruise the bike path to watch the sunset over the sound. No matter which direction you go, serenity will find you.

This home sits on a lovely street with a public beach access and lifeguard on one end, and a boat ramp and bike path on the sound at the other end. We are conveniently located near groceries, gas, movies, restaurants, shopping and more. Enjoy fishing on the Avalon fishing pier, putt putt with a train ride, or explore the Wright Brothers Monument right down the road. Many activities are within walking and biking distance, while all activities are only a short drive away.

This beach house includes the comforts of home. Each bedroom provides a television, ample pillows, and luggage racks. The home provides WIFI, DVD player, washer and dryer, a well-appointed kitchen, games, picnic basket, cooler, beach chairs, three adult bikes, a highchair, and more. There are many other conveniences provided for our guests, such as a starter paper towel roll and toilet paper, hand soap, small soap bar, and coffee to get you started. There will be a welcome book provided full of information to make your stay easy and relaxing upon arrival. We are right around the corner, available to assist with any needs you may have. Please feel free to ask questions for more specifics. We provide linens for our guests. You will find freshly laundered bath towels and clean sheets folded on each bed upon arrival. The bed sizes are one king, one queen, a full, and a twin if you would like to bring your own bedding.

To maintain it's beauty and quality, we do not allow parties, events, pets, or over occupancy, with No Exceptions.
