We do require a rental agreement to be signed before arrival. Sorry, no pets per HOA rules. No smoking, no parties, no events.

Minimum age to book is 25. We do have a doorbell camera at the front door facing away from the cabin that records audio/video.

Only two parking spots available. Pool will be open in Summer 2024, but we do not have the exact dates yet.

We have stayed in a lot on condos and houses in the OBX and this condo “Suite Caroline” was the cleanest and organized place we have stayed 😎

Great Beach Condo!

Really couldnt have hoped for anything better ... Everything we could have needed was provided and more. Nice easy walk to the beach. Even on a totally rainy day there were enough puzzles ,games and movies to keep everyone occupied! Thank you!!

Loved this condo!

Very comfortable and well appointed condo with easy access to the beach. Perfect for our girl’s weekend stay. Would rent this property again!

Great location - beautiful beach

Very comfortable apartment. Very well equipped - kitchen is great! Comfortable living room, bedrooms are great and amazing view! Great place for a beach getaway!

The condo is super clean and equipment with almost everything a family needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host is very nice and practical.
