The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee ($) (plus a 15% service charge). Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate (plus a 15% service charge). Guests can also pay per day, for guests ages 16 and older, who stay for one to four days. This can be either prepaid or upon arrival at the Club. For children 12 years of age and younger, our Temporary Memberships are complimentary.

Sugar Hill is a stunning eight-bedroom, luxury island home privately perched atop a lush three-acre property overlooking the glittering Caribbean Sea and the historic Tryall Club estate.

Built-in the traditional Jamaican plantation style, the beautifully appointed four-bedroom main villa and four-bedroom guest house are surrounded by exquisitely manicured gardens, sprawling lawns, and tropical trees. There are magnificent views of the Caribbean and verdant property from every room. The air-conditioned comfortable interiors, spacious verandas, and breezy galleries are accented with original Jamaican art and beautiful hand-carved mahogany furniture made by master Jamaican craftsmen. Coupled with world-class modern amenities, Sugar Hill is a magical setting for vacationing with multi-generational families and friends. It is the place you will want to escape to and never leave! Wireless Internet is available throughout. The Tryall Club facilities are all within a four to five-minute golf cart ride away.

The main villa has an expansive one-level floor plan, making it wheelchair accessible. There are 2 primary suites, each with four-poster mahogany beds, private studies, and private verandas. The en-suite bathrooms are luxurious and finished in granite and travertine. One has a gorgeous outdoor tropical garden with a shower. The two additional guest bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms, and twin beds that can convert to kings.

The guest house is situated perfectly on the property to catch the cool Caribbean breezes. The upstairs primary suite, which overlooks the coastline, has a queen bed, two twin beds, and a balcony. The three additional guest bedrooms, (two with balconies), each have twin beds that can convert to king beds. All have luxury en suite bathrooms with granite and travertine finishes. The outdoor shaded sitting area overlooks the pool, gardens, and the sea.

The living spaces at Sugar Hill offer multiple choices for relaxation. The main villa veranda, with magnificent views and balmy breezes, overlooks the heated, aqua glass-tiled swimming pool, and pool deck. The spacious, beautifully designed living room has comfortable couches, club chairs, ottomans, and a TV and sound system, including headphones for the hearing impaired. There is a multitude of games to use at the game table. The formal dining room with beautifully handcrafted mahogany table and chairs opens to outstanding vistas of the sea, as does the al fresco dining area under a flowerbed deck pergola. The Sugar Tower deck offers spectacular views of the colorful sunsets, as well as a place to star and moon gaze in the evenings. The large recreation room has a Pool, Ping-Pong, and Foosball tables. The gym in the Guest House is fully equipped with aerobic exercise equipment, weights, bands, Bosu and gym balls, and exercise videos. After a wholesome workout, you can relax in a hammock with a cool drink and a good book from our library.

Of special note, is the Sugar Hill organic garden and tropical fruit trees, which provide in-season vegetables, fruits, and herbs for our expert chef to use in preparing the daily meals. There is also a wood-burning pizza oven. Pizza night is a favorite at Sugar Hill! The wet bar in the main villa can be fully stocked to mix up your favorite tropical cocktails and smoothies.
