We came in to go to the heat and marlins game so the location was perfect. the building has nice amenities the apartment was very clean and comfortable

Bezel in Miami
Beautiful apartment. Excellent location. Amenities were incredible. Check in was a little cumbersome. The kitchen was a little under equipped. Nothing to put food on to cook in the oven...no baking sheets or pans or oven ready pots....only frying pans and pots with handles...didn't feel good about using them in the oven. No oven mitts or cutting boards to cut vegetables or to prep food for cooking.

This is a very nice place. Great location for walking to Bayside and other areas for meals. Take your own coffee and coffee filters. If parking a car just drive by the attendant and wave. Act like you belong there to get out of the $30 a day parking fee. In the garage there are doors that take you straight into the building without having to go down thru the lobby. During non rush times its a 15 min Uber ride to South Beach. 15 Mins to the MIA early AM. Add 10 mins for other times.

The beautiful apartment, I have two things to object to, for which if it were not so, it would be a 5-star.
1. To be a stadium of 1 month in your Apartment. And that there has been no cleaning in all that time, it seemed inappropriate to me.
2. And that in the rooms They should have blackout curtains for windows, since the light is a lot.
Everything else is excellent.

Poor process
The property is great. Excellent location. My problem was the check in process. I never received the additional forms necessary. I received texts indicating I had to fill something out. I texted the owner to inquire what else I needed to do. They replied nothing. But when I arrived at the unit I was unable to check in. After several attempts to reach the manager we were able to check in.
