Located in a chilled beachside suburb, this trendy studio sits alongside the main residence and features its own private entrance and fenced courtyard and is surrounded by award-winning restaurants, cafes, and world-famous surfing beaches.

The studio boasts:

- 1 queen bed and 3 single bunk beds (bunk beds suitable for children only)
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower
- Full kitchen and laundry (washer included, no dryer)
- Free Wi-Fi and smart TV
- Private entrance and courtyard
- Street parking

Perfect for a couple or small family looking to escape, or as a base when attending local events or visiting family and friends. Due to the size of the bunks, they are suitable for children only.

Guests have access to the entire studio, which is located alongside the main residence, with its own private entrance and fenced front yard. Parking is available on the street in front of the property. The driveway is unavailable, sorry.

Snugly nestled between the coastal communities of Casuarina and Salt Village, you will find everything you need for your next getaway, and never be short of things to do!

Walk the kilometres of white sandy beaches that are synonymous with Australia’s east coast, or cycle the 6km-long beachfront boardwalk that runs from Kingscliff to Cabarita and beyond!

Short Stay

Lovely unit, very clean and well stocked, everything you would need on a vacation. Beautifully decorated to a high standard. If you like the quiet this is the place for you, but still close enough to everything. All communication was fast and nothing was a bother, they were happy to assist we’re they could. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks 😃
